AI automation for founder-led teams.

I set up lead follow-up, outbound, AI agents and the automations between your tools. The price is fixed and agreed before I start.

Fixed-price projects, typically $2,000 to $10,000.

Illustration of one system, not a client result.

Example: one lead, Saturday nightCRM & sales automation
  1. New lead from your website form

Do you work with multi-location clinics? We have three in Austin.

  2. Reply sent from your inbox, in your wording

It answers the question, then asks the two things you'd ask on the phone.

  3. The lead answers both

Checked against the criteria you set.

  4. Offered a slot, books Monday 10:30 am

The deal moves to Booked in your CRM.

  5. You get one message: call this one first

Services

Four kinds of systems. On the call I tell you which one fits.

CRM & sales automation

Every lead gets a reply and a follow-up, and shows up in your CRM.

  • First reply to inbound leads within a minute, in your wording
  • Routing, deduplication and enrichment when a lead arrives
  • Follow-ups that stop as soon as someone replies
  • A weekly pipeline sheet

AI lead generation

Cold outbound to accounts that look like your best customers.

  • Lists built from signals, like job posts or Google Maps
  • The decision-maker's email, found and verified where it exists
  • Sending domains and warmup kept apart from your main domain
  • Replies handed to your CRM or your calendar

AI automation

The repetitive work between your tools, done in the background.

  • A map of the workflow before anything is built
  • Your forms, inbox, sheets, CRM and calendar talking to each other
  • Tested and documented, and your team owns it

Custom AI agents

One agent, one job. A person on your team approves what it sends.

  • Support and qualification replies, drafted or sent
  • Answers from your own documents and past tickets
  • Every action is logged, and you approve the risky ones

How it works

Four steps.

  1. 01

    30 minutes, free

    A call

You walk me through where leads or hours get lost. I tell you what I'd build, or that I'm not the right fit.

  2. 02

    In writing

    A fixed-price proposal

Scope, price and date, before you commit to anything.

  3. 03

    The build

    Built and tested

With your own leads and files. You see it working before the second payment.

  4. 04

    Optional, monthly

    I keep it running

I check it every week and fix what breaks, if you want that.

Pricing

What it costs.

I quote a fixed price after the call, once I know what the system has to do. Most projects land between $2,000 and $10,000, some go higher depending on scope. Half to start, half once it works, and you own what I build. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

USD, plus tax where it applies.

Who does the work

Creatorflow is me, Matthias Wagner.

Before building systems I sold for years: insurance over the phone, then painting contracts door to door, CA$60-70k of contracts in my first nine months on my own.

I'm new to building these systems for other companies, which is why the price is fixed and half of it comes after the system works. I build it and I answer the phone.

FAQ

Questions.

Anything else? Write to me at matthias.wagner.cf@gmail.com.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes. You show me where leads come in, or where your team repeats the same work every week. I tell you what I would build and roughly what it would cost. If I'm not the right fit, I say so.

Who else have you done this for?

No outside clients on these systems yet. I use the same tools on my own business: the pipeline that found your company and wrote to you is one of them, and I'll show it on the call.

Does this replace the person I'm hiring?

No. It handles the copy-paste part of the job, so the person you hire starts on real conversations.

What can it plug into?

Web forms, Gmail, Calendly, Cal.com, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Sheets and Instantly are what I build on today. For anything else, I check before quoting.

How long does a project take?

You get a date in the proposal. The clock starts once I have access to your tools.

Free call

Show me where your team loses time.

Thirty minutes. You leave knowing what I'd build and what it would cost, whether or not you hire me.
